The General Educational Development (GED®) Tests are designed to measure an adult's high school knowledge and skills and are accepted as the equivalent of a high school diploma. The tests are produced and administered by the GED Testing Service of the American Council on Education.
The four subject areas included on the GED® test are:
Mathematical Reasoning
Reasoning Through Language Arts
Science
Social Studies
